The videos below cover stretches for a number of problem areas - you may like to perform these daily to help you improve. Remember that a developmental stretch (i.e. a stretch that develops the length of a muscle) needs to be held for 30 seconds to a minute. Also be mindful that a stretch should never be painful - you want to find a point of tension, but it should only be pleasantly horrid - there should be no sharp pains, shaking or unbearableness!
